Qualifications: Anne D. Murray

Anne is a Certified Residential Appraiser with over 20 years experience in a wide variety of areas including multi-family, REO/Foreclosures, appraisals for investment value, real estate tax certifications, and Ad Valorem tax appeal cases. Anne’s leadership qualities led her to supervisory positions where she was responsible for instituting training programs and developing novice appraisers.  Located in Chardon, Anne provides us with a strong local presence for Ashtabula, Lake, and Geauga counties.

Appraiser with 20 years experience in residential appraisal and related fields specializing in mortgage appraisal for residential properties including luxury class single-family residences and multi-family properties. Geographical areas include Cuyahoga, Ashtabula, Lake, and Geauga Counties.

Past experience as an appraiser for Nationwide REAS in Cleveland . My appraisal territory consisted primarily of the City of Cleveland’s west side, including areas of Ohio City, Tremont, Old Brooklyn, Edgewater and West Park.  My Cleveland area experience was extensive in the appraisal of multi-family properties, REOs, foreclosures and appraisals for Investment Value.

Prior to Cleveland, I specialized in real estate tax certification appraisals in Long Island, New York and represented Nassua County for Ad Valorem tax appeal cases. Additional appraisal assignments included mortgage and court ordered appraisals for luxury class residences, which included waterfront properties in all areas of Long Island. I also served as a Small Claims Assessment Review Officer for Suffolk and Nassua Counties, deciding tax valuations for disputed cases.

Throughout my career I have held supervisory positions responsible for instituting
training programs and developing novice appraisers. Achievements in training include implementing an appraisal trainee program for the Town of Southampton, Long Island, New York that graduated four novice appraisers in a two-year period with appraiser licenses and certification.
