Qualifications: Scott L. Moylan
Scott went directly from college into appraising, fulfilling a lifetime desire to be involved in real estate. While he has a good working knowledge of the entire metro area, his primary area of focus is Summit, Stark, and Portage counties, where he has completed over 1000 appraisals in the past 3 years. With much of his work in urban neighborhoods, he has become adept at identifying and avoiding the non arm’s length transactions that are so prevalent in those markets. He has also developed a network of agents with whom he relies upon for verification of the true condition of the comparable and their terms of sale.
