Qualifications:
Tracey Reinecke
Tracey comes to us with a lifetime of appraisal exposure, growing
up in a family of appraisers. She began working as a full-time appraiser
in 1990 and became licensed in 1993. Since then, she handled a wide
variety of valuation assignments before joining Charnas Appraisal
in 2004. Tracey’s 20 years as a horse enthusiast gives her
first hand knowledge of horse properties, adding further depth to
our staff. Although Tracey’s 16 years of appraisal experience
have covered all parts of the metro area, her location in Medina
County provides us with especially strong local knowledge for that
market area. |
