Chris Yaecker
Chris joined us in 2005 after 18 years with a multi-state firm where
he excelled in all areas of appraisal and won several awards. The
most experienced member of our team, Chris handles our million dollar
and over properties, relocation appraisals, and other complex assignments.
His experience also makes him particularly well qualified for appraisal
review and quality control assignments. His location in Geauga County
and his experience with the Newbury zoning board provides us with
strong local knowledge for that part of our metro area. |

Appraiser Trainee. Successfully completed an intense, one year program
consisting of 40 hours of In-house classroom sessions, nine months
of closely supervised field work and attendance at the AIREA course
identified above. Program concluded with requisite completion of
a prescribed number of SFR, SRI and Condominium reports over the
final three months. June 1987 to July 1988.
Staff Appraiser. Duties include the valuation of all types of residential
properties; single-family, multi-family, condominium units and relocation
appraisals in a high volume fee operation. June 1987 to 2005. Additionally,
I have recently engaged in appraisal bulk review projects as part
of a program by a local mortgage company to buy quality mortgage
loans from a variety of vendors. I have given expert court testimony
in bankrupcy cases.
