Worldwide ERC is devoted to serving the needs of relocating employees and their employers.  Brad has received their Meritorious Service Award in 2002, Distinguished Service Award in 2004, was appointed to ERC'S Board of Directors, in 2004, elected Vice President for 2005, earned the prestigious SCRP Designation in 2005, earned the GMS Designation in 2006 and was elected President of Worldwide ERC in 2006, the first appraiser ever to be so honored. In 2009 Brad was inducted into the Worldwide ERC Hall of Leaders.  

The Appraisal Institute is a global membership association of professional real estate appraisers, with 26,000 members and 91 chapters throughout the world. Its mission is to advance professionalism and ethics, global standards, methodologies, and practices through the professional development of property economics worldwide.  Brad was awarded the Appraisal Institute's SRA designation in 1977.  As of this date, Brad has completed the continuing education program of the Appraisal Institute.
